How much does Capture.Study cost?

Capture is free to build and test in. You pay only once your study goes live with real participants. We do not publish a price list because the cost depends on the size and length of your study, so we quote it against your protocol. Is the free sandbox really free?

Yes. The sandbox gives you every feature: build a full study, enter sample data, test skip logic, edit checks, e-signatures and the audit trail. There is no credit card and no time limit. It is for building and testing, not for collecting data from real participants.

Are there setup, per-site or per-seat fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Capture has no setup fee, no per-site fee and no per-seat licences. EDC, the eCRF builder, ePRO, eConsent and randomization are part of one platform rather than separate modules sold separately.

What happens when my protocol changes?

Your study team makes the change in the builder. There is no change order, no new specification and no vendor programming queue. Forms move through a draft to approved lifecycle, so a change is reviewed and approved before it reaches live data.
