How are not-done values shown in exports?
With clear markers: ND for not done, NA for not available, VND for visit not done and a separate not-applicable marker. An empty cell means a missing answer.
Are exports audited?
Yes. Every export is recorded in a separate, append-only export log with user, role, time, filters, row count and whether it was blinded.
