Download the inspection or close-out package
On Data & Exports > Export Data, find the Inspection package card and click Download inspection package. You get one ZIP with the data, forms, queries, signatures, audit trail and a readable casebook, plus a manifest of what is inside.

Before you start
- Your role can both export data and view the audit trail.
Download the package
Open Reports > Data & Exports > Export Data.
On the Inspection package card, click Download inspection package.
"Building package..." shows while it is prepared.
Save the ZIP with your study records.
The ZIP holds the data (also as SAS XPT and CSV), removed records, forms, queries, the audit trail, signatures, an audit integrity check, a readable casebook and manifest.json with row counts. If your role cannot read every record, you see "restricted view" and the manifest says what is missing.
Other study records
The Study records card on the same page has CSV downloads for withdrawals, possible duplicate participants and, where used, safety reviews and coach assignments.
