Confirm you received a safety notification
Click the confirmation link in the SAE email and then Confirm acknowledgement, or click the check mark next to the alert under the safety bell at the top of the screen. Receipt is recorded for you only; the event still needs its review and sign-off.
Confirm receipt
- From the email: click "Please confirm you have received this notification", check the study, type and recipient, and click Confirm acknowledgement. No sign-in is needed. Links work for 14 days and once only.
- In Capture: click the shield bell at the top of the screen, find the alert under Safety Notifications and click its check mark.
The acknowledgment is logged in the audit trail. The safety event panel shows how many notices were sent, how many could not be delivered and who confirmed receipt.
