Review all adverse events on the Safety page
Click the shield bell at the top of the screen and choose View All Safety Data. The Safety page lists every adverse event with seriousness, onset, awareness, reporting status, AE sign-off and coding status. Click a row for the event timeline and reporting clocks.

Read the Safety page
Click the shield bell at the top of the screen and choose View All Safety Data, or click View All Safety on a participant page.
There is no Safety item in the left-hand menu.
Read the cards: total AEs, SAEs, AE sign-off pending and coding pending.
Use the tabs All Events, SAEs Only, AESIs and PV Coding Pending, and filter by severity, sign-off, coding status or site.
Click a row for the event timeline, SAE criteria, reporting clocks and sign-off status. Open CRF opens the form.
Below the table are Questionnaire safety flags: participants whose questionnaire answers crossed a safety rule. The Reports > Safety flags page lists them with their scores and severity, and Export downloads the safety listing.
