Help Center

Track enrollment against plan

Open CTMS > Enrollment to compare enrolled participants with the plan for the whole study or each site. Sites below 80% of plan show as Behind plan.

Where to find it

CTMS > Enrollment

Read enrollment progress

  1. Open CTMS > Enrollment.

The tiles show enrolled against the study target, planned by today, screened and screen-failed counts, and sites behind plan.

  2. Read any warnings, for example when site targets do not add up to the study target.

  3. In Plan against actual, pick Whole study or a site, and Month or Week.

  4. In Sites, click Only behind plan to focus on the sites that need help.

Set or change a site's enrollment target

  1. In Sites, click the pencil next to the site.

  2. Enter Target participants. Leave it empty to remove the target.

  3. If a target was already set, fill Reason for change (required).

  4. Click Save target.

You see "Enrollment target saved". The change is kept in the audit trail.

Only Study Owners, Study Managers and Administrators can change targets. Closed sites and the coordinating centre have no target.
