Assign forms to visits
On the Schedule, click Add Activity, choose ePRO, CRF or eConsent and pick the form. Then click the + cells to tick the visits where it is due. Right-click a ticked cell and choose Configure to set who completes it and its window.
Where to find it
Schedule > Add Activity
Before you start
- You can edit the schedule: Study Owner, Study Manager or Administrator. Everyone else sees a Read-only badge.
Add a form to the schedule
On the Schedule, click Add Activity.
Choose ePRO (participant completes), CRF (site completes) or eConsent (participant signs).
Pick the form. For an ePRO, choose whether it runs At specific visits or as a Recurring diary (recurring diaries).
Click the + cells to tick each visit where the form is due. Click a tick to remove it.
The form is ticked on the first visit automatically; untick it if it does not belong there.
Set who completes it and when
Right-click a ticked cell and choose Configure.
Under Who completes this form?, choose Participant or Site Coordinator.
Only participant tasks appear in the participant portal.
Choose how it is completed, whether it is Required or Optional, the estimated time and any instructions for participants or site staff.
Under Notifications > Configure, set the completion window and whether late answers are accepted.
Click Save Configuration.
This saves everything, including the notification settings.
Survey invitation and reminder emails are timed in Settings > Notifications (survey reminders).
Remove a form from a visit
Click the tick, or right-click it and choose Remove from Visit. To remove a form from every visit, use the row menu and Remove from Schedule. On a live study, open tasks that were never started are cancelled; started and completed tasks are kept.
