Where to find it

Schedule > questionnaire row menu > Make recurring diary

Before you start

  • You can edit the schedule: Study Owner, Study Manager or Administrator. Everyone else sees a Read-only badge.

Set up the diary

  1. Click the row menu (...) of the questionnaire and choose Make recurring diary.

  2. Under Runs from, choose the anchor (a visit date, a milestone or a fixed study day), the start visit and offset, the Time of day and how many hours it is Open for.

  3. Under How it repeats, choose Daily, Every X days or Weekly, and when it Ends: after a number of entries, after a number of days, or at a visit.

  4. Check the preview of the first entries and the total per participant.

  5. Click Save schedule. Use Add period for another series.

Missing one entry does not shift the series. Nothing is created until the participant has the anchor date. To go back to visit-based timing, choose Remove diary rule.
