Sign up for a study from a link
Open the link or scan the QR code your study team gave you. Read the study information, tick the box and press Continue to Consent Form. Sign the consent form, then answer the first questions. You can stop and continue later if the study allows it.

Open the study link, or scan the QR code with your phone camera.
Read the welcome page and any participant information. You can download attachments and read the frequently asked questions.
Tick the box to say you understand you will be asked to review and sign a consent form.
Press Continue to Consent Form and sign the consent form.
Answer the first questionnaires. Press Next after each question, check your answers and press Submit Responses.
When you are done, you see a thank-you page.
Continue later
If you started before, open the same link: on the same browser you see Continue where you left off. On another device, tap Already started on another device or browser?, enter the email you signed up with and press Email me a link to continue.
If the page says...
- "Enrollment closed" or "Enrollment by invitation only": the study is not taking new sign-ups through this link. Contact the study team.
- "Study Not Found": the link may be wrong, or the study has not started yet. Check the link with the study team.
- "Based on your responses, you are not able to take part...": thank you for your time. The study is not the right fit for you this time.
