Sign in to your study portal
You do not need a password. Open the newest email from your study and press Open Study Questionnaires, or go to the portal sign-in page, enter your email and press Send Login Link. Each sign-in link works once, for 24 hours.
Sign in
On the portal sign-in page (Welcome Back), type your email address.
Press Send Login Link.
Open the email "Your Login Link" from your study and press Open Study Questionnaires.
Your list of tasks opens. The time in the email subject is when it was sent; it is not a code.
Survey emails from your study have their own button that opens the survey straight away, as many times as you need, until the survey closes. Links in text messages do not sign you in; they open the sign-in page.
"Link no longer valid"
For your security, sign-in links work once and expire after 24 hours. Press Email me a new link, then open the newest email. You can also type your email address and press Request New Link.
Why you were signed out
The portal signs you out after 30 minutes without activity, or after 12 hours. Just sign in again. If your study lets you finish later, your answers so far are kept. To sign out yourself, tap the sign-out icon at the top right.
