Stop or restart text message reminders
Reply STOP to any study text and you will get no more texts. Reply START to turn them back on. You can also use the Text message reminders switch in your portal Settings and press Save Changes.
Stop or restart texts
- Stop: reply STOP to a text (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). Texts stop for every study that uses your number.
- Restart: reply START to a study text, or switch Text message reminders on in your portal Settings and press Save Changes.
Texts are optional and never needed to take part. Message and data rates may apply. If texts stopped without you replying STOP, ask your study team to check that your number includes the country code.
