Create your Capture account
Open the sign-in page, click the Create Account tab, enter your work email and a password, and click Create Account. Then click the link in the verification email. If you were invited to a study, you do not need to sign up: set your password from the invitation instead.
Sign up
Go to the Capture sign-in page and click the Create Account tab.
Enter your Professional email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
Click Create Account.
The Check your email screen opens: we have sent a verification link to your address.
Open the email and click the link.
You see "Email verified" and Capture opens. You can now create your first study.
If the verification email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and wait up to 2 minutes.
- Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@capture.study.
- On the Check your email screen, click Resend email. You may need to type the password you chose again first.
- Closed the screen already? Go through Create Account again with the same email and password: for an address that is not verified yet, this sends a new link.
Questions
Does creating an account cost anything?
No. You can build and test a full study in the free sandbox; you pay only when you go live with real participants. See the free trial details.
The verification link says it is invalid or expired. What now?
Request a new link with Resend email, or sign up again with the same email and password, and use the newest email.
