Update your profile and notification settings
Click your name at the top right > Account Settings. The Profile tab holds your name, organization, job title and safety alert email; Notifications lets you choose optional emails; Appearance sets light or dark mode.

Change your profile
Open Account Settings and stay on the Profile tab.
Change Full Name, Organization or Job Title.
Your full name appears in the audit trail and team lists. Your email cannot be changed here; contact support for that.
Optionally enter a Safety Alert Email to receive safety alerts (such as SAEs and emergency unblinding) at a different address.
Click Save Changes, give a Reason for this change and click Confirm Change.
Choose your email notifications
On the Notifications tab, some alerts are always on: SAE and safety alerts, queries assigned to you, protocol deviation alerts and account security events. You can switch the others on or off, for example new enrollments, form submissions and overdue visits.
Other tabs
- Appearance: choose Light, Dark or System.
- Security: two-step sign-in and your recent account activity, such as sign-ins.
- My Assignments (site and monitoring roles): the study, sites and site staff you are assigned to.
