If it says Link Expired, enter your email and click Verify & Continue to get a code instead. Your old password keeps working until you use the link.

Questions
Can my study manager see or set my password?
No. They can only send you a link to choose a new password yourself.
I lost the phone with my authenticator app. Can I still reset my password?
The reset also asks for your authenticator code. Contact support to regain access; see locked out of your account.
