Why you were signed out automatically
For security, Capture signs you out after 30 minutes without activity. After 25 minutes, Session Expiring Soon counts down from 5 minutes: click Stay Logged In to keep working.

How the timeout works
- Clicking, typing, scrolling and touching the screen count as activity. Only moving the mouse does not.
- Activity in any open Capture tab keeps all your tabs signed in.
- After 25 minutes without activity, Session Expiring Soon appears with a countdown. Click Stay Logged In to continue, or Log Out Now.
- At 30 minutes you are signed out and returned to the sign-in page.
