Assess out-of-range lab results
When a lab result is outside its reference range, choose whether it is clinically significant. If it is, record the adverse-event decision: link an existing AE, create one from the row, or explain why it was not reported. Capture asks for this before the form can be submitted.
Assess a flagged result
Enter the results in the lab table. Results outside the reference range are flagged.
For each flagged result, choose Yes or No for clinically significant.
If Yes, choose the adverse-event decision: link the adverse event, create an AE form from the row, or explain why it was not reported as an AE.
Submit the form.
If anything is missing, a message says how many assessments need attention and highlights the first one.
If a result is missing, mark the row Result not available and give a reason. Your study decides whether any out-of-range result or only critical results need an assessment, and whether "not clinically significant" needs a comment.
