On ePRO forms, a section is a heading that groups questions; repeating options are not offered.
Set up a lab table with reference ranges
Create a table section with one pre-seeded row per analyte, or use Build with AI > Lab table.
For each column, set the Lab table column type: Result, Unit, Reference low, Reference high or Clinical significance.
Map result fields to a Laboratory analyte.
In Row Defaults, click Set ranges and fill the unit, reference low and high, alert low and high, and the sex and age it applies to.
Click Add range, and Add stratum for other populations.
Turn on Local laboratory form in the form's settings to add a laboratory and collection date and time to the form. Read more about reference intervals.
