Let participants use email links only
In Settings > Participant Portal, switch on Email links only (no portal home screen) under How participants open their surveys. Participants then open each survey from its email with one tap and see only the surveys open now.

Before you start
- You can manage study settings: Study Owner, Study Manager or Administrator.
Switch it on
Open Settings > Participant Portal.
At the top, under How participants open their surveys, switch on Email links only (no portal home screen).
You see "Participants now use email links only".
- Participants see Your surveys with only the surveys open now, and "Thank you, you're done for now" when there is nothing to fill in.
- There is no task list, progress ring or history page, and the portal link email is not sent after consent.
- Notices and event emails open the survey with one tap.
