Find missing and overdue forms
Open Reports > Status overview. Each cell is one form at one visit, coloured by status. Turn on Only subjects with overdue forms and download the CSV to chase sites.

Find what is missing
Open Reports > Status overview.
The tiles count participants, overdue forms, forms in progress, submitted or verified forms, and frozen or locked forms.
Filter by Site and Subject status, and switch on Only subjects with overdue forms.
Read the grid: red is overdue, amber in progress, green verified, blue frozen and dark locked.
Click a cell to open that form, or switch to Long format.
Click Download CSV (long format) to send each site its list.
