Review values across participants and visits
Open Reports > Data review, choose a form, and switch between the Listing and the Comparison grid. Turn on Only rows with issues to see values flagged as out of range, implausible or inconsistent, then click a value to open the form.
Where to find it
Reports > Data review
Review the data
Open Reports > Data review and choose a Form, for example vital signs or a lab form.
Filter by site, participant, visits or parameter, and switch on Only rows with issues to focus.
Use Listing for one row per value, or Comparison grid to see each parameter across visits.
Red marks a value outside the expected range; amber marks a change above the threshold or a changed answer.
Click a value to open the form at that field, where you can raise a query.
Click Export for an Excel file with an info sheet, or a CSV.
Built-in checks
- Not done without a reason; done but value missing.
- Assessment date after the visit date or outside the visit window.
- Out of range without a clinical significance assessment; clinically significant with no matching adverse event.
- Implausible values, units that differ between visits, height changing by more than 2 cm, systolic not above diastolic, and duplicates.
Study administrators set the baseline (by default the last value before the first dose) and change thresholds under Baseline & thresholds. The screen shows the first 2,000 rows; export to see all. This is a core part of data cleaning.
