Track open queries on the Queries page
Click the query bell at the top of the screen and choose View All Queries. Use the Open, Answered and Closed tabs, the site, form, participant and age filters, and Export CSV to download the list.
Where to find it
Query bell at the top > View All Queries
Work through the list
Click the query bell at the top of the screen and choose View All Queries.
The Queries page has no item in the left-hand menu; the bell is the way in.
Read the cards: open, answered, closed and total queries.
Pick a tab: All, Open, Answered or Closed.
Filter by site, form, participant or age: At Risk (7-14d) or Overdue (14d+).
Search by query number, participant or text, and click a column to sort.
Click a row to open the query, or Export CSV to download the filtered list.
The age turns amber after 7 days and red after 14. A Field now hidden badge means form logic now hides the question; close the query with a note. For a monthly overview, use the Query listing report in Data & Exports.
Query emails
- New or reopened query: site staff at the participant's site, the roles in Settings > Notifications > Staff alerts, and the Study Owner.
- Answered or closed: the person who raised the query.
