Where to find it

Settings > Team > ⋯ on the person's row

Remove someone's access

  1. Open Settings > Team.

  2. Click ⋯ on the person's row and choose Remove Access.

  3. Click Remove Access to confirm.

They lose access to the study at once. Their record stays on the delegation log, and everything they did stays in the audit trail.

Change someone's role or sites

A role is fixed while it is active, so the history of who could do what stays clear. Remove the person's access, then invite them again with the new role and sites. On a live study, role changes ask for a signed reason.

End access automatically

Choose Set Access End Date, pick the last day the person may use the study, and click Save. Access ends automatically after that day; their account and other studies are not affected. The Access until column turns amber when 7 days or fewer are left.

Other actions in the menu

  • View Permissions: everything the person's role allows (study roles explained).
  • Send Password Reset Link: emails them a link to choose a new password. You never see or set it.
  • Resend Invitation: for people still marked Pending.
