What each kind of access allows

AccessWhat they can do
Independent safety reviewerReview safety flags raised for participants, record the follow-up and its outcome. They get an email whenever a participant is flagged.
AnalystDownload de-identified data: no names, contact details or dates, and treatment arms shown as coded labels.
CoachSee only the participants assigned to them and their session windows. Needs the coaches option of the Randomization module.

People with restricted access open their page from Your restricted pages after signing in. They are signed out automatically after 30 minutes without activity.

Remove access

On the same card, click Remove access, give the reason and confirm. The person moves to Removed access with who removed them, when and why.
