Invite team members to your study
Open Settings > Team and click Invite. Enter the person's email, choose a Role, tick their sites if the role is site-based, and click Send Invitation. They get an email and appear as Pending until they sign in.
Where to find it
Settings > Team > Team Members > Invite
Before you start
- You manage the study team: Study Owner, Study Manager or Administrator.
- For site roles (CRA, investigators, coordinators, pharmacists), the study has at least one site (add sites).
Invite someone
Open Settings > Team and click Invite on the Team Members card.
Enter the Email Address.
Choose a Role.
The role's description appears under the box. See what each study role can do.
For roles marked Site, tick at least one site under Assign to Sites.
Optionally set Access until for temporary access, such as a visiting monitor.
Click Send Invitation.
The person is listed as Pending and gets an email. New users set a password from the invitation; existing users just sign in.
Resend an invitation
Click ⋯ on the Pending person's row and choose Resend Invitation. The invitation link works for 24 hours, so resend it if they open it later than that. To cancel an invitation, choose Remove Access instead.

Questions
How do I give someone access to more sites later?
Sites are chosen with the role. To change them, remove the person's access and invite them again with the right sites (change a role or remove access).
Do invited people need to create an account first?
No. The invitation email lets new people set their password directly.
