Copy a study's set-up into a new study
In Settings > Export / Import, click Export configuration and download the file. Then click Import configuration, choose the file, name the new study and click Create Study. The copy is a draft with all forms in draft; team, sites and data are never copied.
Where to find it
Settings > Export / Import > Study configuration
Export the configuration
Open the study you want to copy and go to Settings > Export / Import.
Click Export configuration and read what will and will not be exported.
Click Download configuration.
You get a .csb file.
Create the new study from it
In Settings > Export / Import of any study, click Import configuration.
Drop the .csb file, or click Select File.
Check the source study and the list of what will be created, and enter the New Study Name.
Click Create Study, then Open the new study.
If anything is left to finish, such as uploading consent PDFs again, you see a To finish list.
